OWC are great, I've ordered from there before without hassle except for the
stupid shipping costs from the US.

Sorry to hear the issues with DealExtreme James although they're just a
front-man to other suppliers. I've never had any issues with them after
buying plenty of things except for it's usually slow to get stuff (~2-4
weeks).

Another alternative is aliexpress, a few options including free shipping to
AU (~$20US for most)
