[PLUG-AV] Kit

Hi all,
So Laptop #4 is here, and has a basic install on it, and is now with
Luke for the moment (with the rest of the kit). Receipts are all in with
Lottery west so we're then business days off getting the funds back to
complete - and I think we go with the B&H option.

I'm not available tonight (some people are gathering for a workshop at
UCC @ UWA), but I should be next week.
