Thanks Leon. Really appreciate you taking out the time for us. I also agree with your sentiments regarding using resources from the teams we help out. If out external activities grow much we may need to evaluate the whole model. This is a voluntary effort after all.

I think in the fullness of time, for orgs that we help out regularly, we'd have a PLUG representative or two bring gear/setup and have representatives of the org trained up to assist with filming and possibly mixing. Probably a conversation for another thread though :-)
