Hi Paul,

That is true, but I'd rather keep committee discussions internal until we're agreed. If there was an anomaly in the finances for instance I'd rather we had a chance to examine and correct it before we reported to the group. 

Not trying to hide anything, but just reporting correct information.

It's not a big deal though, all our records are public.
