Hi,

I'm replying as a member of the av team. I don't think it would be fair to not let Luke use the equipment at this late stage. Luke has been an active contributor to the av team.

While I agree that we shouldn't do too much without compensation in some form, I think we do have a fairly special relationship with EoTW, and as Luke has taken charge from an eotw perspective it's probably ok.

Sorry Luke, but I'm not in a position to offer and assistance for this event though.
