[PLUG-AV] HDMI2USB Numato Opsis board update

Hey Crew,

I ordered these boards back in October and noticed I hadn't received any
updates since then! So I went back to the crowd funding site and there is
an update from December. Short of it is they're planning to start shipping
this month - see below:
