[PLUG-AV] Netboot.xyz

Hey there,

Apparently there's a really cool tool called Netboot.xyz (available at that
URL, incidentally) which lets you PXE boot into basically any popular
distro and version, as well as a bunch of tools like Filezilla.

We could throw it on a thumbdrive to use in places like ECU where we have a
reasonably fast connection. Not sure which port it uses though? Anyways,
just a thought.
