[PLUG-AV] [plug-ctte] Faulty plug server to remove

I recall that we moved all functionality from our hosted servers onto AWS.

Bath may have continued providing limited shell access, but I doubt it's
still being accessed - might be worth scanning the home dirs for any recent
activity.

I thought we pulled the plug on bath...

Leon might have some insight into this.
