Not a perfect night, network-wise:
- the wifi relay didn't seem to come up, but we ran out of time to
SSH in and diagnose it. Instead, we used some venue wifi
- of the wired venue ports we tried, some had no link /
`ip addr: NO-CARRIER` and the laptop lacked lights to show that
(also, seems like its headphone socket is dead?)
  - so it's sometimes necessary to borrow a working port from another
    device, X
  - that can need 3 ports on a small switch:
    - uplink to wall port
    - downlink to X
    - downlink for us
    - power, maybe on a powerboard doing something similar
    - and enough network cables: a long and a short, plus X's original

The presentation ran, but there were at least 3 glitches:
- Webcam feed from the network froze at 30min, 62min (on the wired display laptop)
- Client dropout on a wifi monitoring laptop at 84 minutes
They all seemed to reconnect OK by themselves, within about 20 seconds.

Nick.
