Hey Tim,

Yes there was an issue with one source (video camera) set to widescreen mode and the screen grabber set to normal mode. This led to the letter boxing and perhaps weirdness with resulting aspect ratio.

I also suspect, now, that it was the reason for issues with audio as when I was switching between the 2 video streams it was causing some hiccups and at one point killed the stream too. Once I left it on the screen grabber, or screen grabber with video as picture-in-picture, (i.e. aspect ratio didn't change any more) then it was all good to the end of the talk.
My quick look. This looks great quality!
Nice job guys.
With the widescreen stuff, I'm not sure if the aspect ratio is a bit
wrong. In vlc if I select a different aspect ratio then back to
'default' it all looks right. But when it first opens up (and in
mplayer) it looks squashed. (also has bigger black bars initially
until the aspect ratio is fixed). So not really sure what's going on,
maybe getting cropping after fixing the aspect ratio.

I'll watch when I get a chance. Good job everyone!

Tim
