It'll just be a matter of switching inputs and/or doing PIP to make for interesting footage. Also remember to cut before/after relevant bits. I usually do: 1) james plug news / speaker intro 2) main talk, 3) questions. It's easy to glue together cut pieces in the final encode, or not include a particular piece, but it's a real pain if we have to edit a piece :)</div>
<div><br></div><div>As our icecast server is still down I think we'll need to use the Amazon instance James set up, the scripts are configured to use it already I think from the Startup Weekend. May want to check with James it's still good to use.</div>
