hmmm, Ive got one on the shelf at work ... died after a thunderstorm!
Ive come across a few in domestic use and while they generally work ok,
the software is 'orrible to use. Make sure you get a "good" power
supply for it - the d-link ones can be marginal and the unit may suffer
strange disconnects etc.

I chose it purely based on the Whirlpool guidance..
Its one of the most heavily used and most popular devices. She lives
in Albany and I'm not going to be able to head down there every time
she has issues so a strong knowledge base is important.
