[off-topic] Address database

Hi,

Somewhere out there in Cyberspace there is a database of addresses.

On a number of occasions, when placing an on-line order, I got a pop-up 
window saying my address could not be validated, and offered the 3 other 
addresses on my road.

I have been at the current address, created when the house was built, 
for 9 years.

Does anyone know how to get the database updated?
