No, only the official announcements should be in plug-announce.
(Eg when Leon gets round to officially advertising the meeting, he should
post it to wa.plug and plug-announce, not to plug)

Although personally I think plug-announce's member list should be set up
so that it includes everyone subscribed to plug, so if you subscribe to
plug you automatically get all plug-announce email too - that way when new
people join the plug list, they don't have to also subscribe to
plug-announce to see the announcements.
Is there a way to tell majordomo to also look in an additional file for
it's distribution list?
