[plug] RPM and Xforms

I am afraid there is some serious differences. Thanks for reminding me, I 
need to refresh my jaZip that I included with the latest ppa distribution. 
I had to hack it to work with the latest xforms distribution (would not 
compile).

The feature freeze on Linux 2.1.x is starting to be
annoying. I say bring on Linux 2.3.x!!!
