Magazine viability usually depends on advertising revenue doesnt it?

Sale price rarely comes near the printing and distribution costs.
Of course you could keep that down by printing B&W A4 and posting out.

Why not run it on-line? That way you can learn, and benefit the Linux
community without loosing too much money. How would yours compare to
the Linux Gazette? Local stories only?
