[plug] iiNet mail server

I have noticed a connection request to port 4000 when trying to connect to
connect to an iiNet mail server. I am not yet sure whether it is POP or
SMTP which causes it to occur (SMTP I think at the moment).

Anybody have any idea what they are after!!!
