Answer:
a) RedHat 5.1 does not support the ZIP+ driver
b) The ZIP+ driver has been "stable" in the sense that no patches or bug 
   reports have occured in the last 28 days
c) The ZIP+ driver is not part of ANY kernel distribution. There is 
   currently a "feature freeze" on Linux 2.1.x to iron out the bugs prior 
   to a version roll over. Consequently I am not prepared to submit the 
   driver for Linux 2.0.x kernels without proper testing.

The feature freeze on Linux 2.1.x is starting to be
annoying. I say bring on Linux 2.3.x!!!
