This isn't quite as good as it sounds. No Caldera employees are allowed to
see it, only their lawyers and expert witnesses. They can only use the
information for purposes relating to the trial. The trial is about whether
Microsoft deliberately introduced into windows incompatibilities with
Caldera's version of DOS (DR-DOS), or whether Windows is just an
incompatible heap, hewed by pure incompetence.
