plug isp hookup

i believe there is actually a 'isp-hookup-HOWTO' around, go thru the plug
web site (plug.linux.org.au)
otherwise rh5 and 5.1 has integrated tools to do this, 5.0 used
control-panel, 5.1 uses linuxconf, i am now using 5.1 but have not yet
touched linuxconf - expect to be doing this in the next few days.
try typing 'linuxconf' and see what u can come up with
