It's also good to be an incorporated body so that if we do something
stupid it's the organisation that bears the brunt of the wrath (and
lawsuits) and not the officebearers.

I'm sure The Pres would rather help defend Plugwa than to defend himself,
and I'm sure we'd all prefer to lose Plugwa's stock of CDs than The Pres's
and the Sec's and the BeanCounter's houses.
