[plug] Netscape on RedHat

The netscape script in (I think) /usr/sbin/netscape is where you change
your start page....
The wharf configuration is a little easier
*wharf netscape ~/GNUstep/AfterStep/Libray/icons/16bpp/netscape netscape
netscape &

I think this will start netscape...
