[plug] Talk problem solved

Hi pluggers,

  Ignore my last message ... I've figured out what was still wrong
  ... I needed to add a few entries to /etc/hosts.allow and delete
  an entry from /etc/hosts.deny ... talk now works fine!!

  have figured it out without you.
