Perhaps someone should put together a list of mirror sites in Perth and paste a link
to the Plug page. Most ISP's (must tread carefully here considering most of
them read this list) have lists of stuff that they mirror but not stuff mirrored by
other ISPs (fair enough - they are "competors").
