Okay ... Thanks to your suggestion to check the route tables I found that I
had a typo and once that was fixed things all work ... I dont know how many
time I looked over those tables on the 2 linux machines and I still didn't
see that I had:
10.10.52.0 203.26.6.1 255.255.252.0 UG 1 0 11 eth0
instead of
10.10.52.0 203.26.6.11 255.255.252.0 UG 1 0 11 eth0
