[plug] Redhat ease of use

RedHat is easy to install and upgrade, but it's not really transparent easy to get ppp going.  I finally gave up and copied a howto ppp script off the net.  

Then my Guru mentioned that there are zillions of user questions on that very topic on the RH mailing lists.  Maybe something RH needs to work on.  

I think it's important to remember that those who will get the most out of a Linux GUI, will be those who are willing to lift up the hood and understand how it works.
