Why don't you ask Networx? Oh well, luckily their admin is subscribed to
this list so your question will get where it is meant to go eventually.
The short answer is no, your machine should accept the IP it is given by
the dialin server. The long answer is that you may wish to alter the
configuration of a network daemon or two so they know your new hostname.
