[plug] Missing man pages

Hi, I seem to be missing the man pages for system calls, eg/ sections 2
and 3. This is not all that surprising, I chose a 'dialup box'
configureation when installing debian, and consider this a mistake (no
gcc!). Anyway, i f someone could point me to the packages that contain
manual information for functions like link(), unlink(), perror(),
kill(), chdir() and so on and so forth, I'd be very appreciative.
