[plug] Linux fails the high-end test

I have not read the printed issue of the Australian, and the story is not in
the online published set of stories.

I note that the initial web page gives only a brief abstract of the report,
and that, to get any more than that, a person who wants to read the "brief
report" has to fill out a form, supplying their details.

Is that some big brother thing, or some exercise in creating a spamming
list?
