Lots of ways. For you,
	rdate -s time.iinet.net.au
	clock -w
would do well. I have them in /etc/ppp/ip-up.local which on my RedHat 
system is run by /etc/ppp/ip-up whenever I establish a ppp connexion.

If you have more computers, sync with the one that makes the Internet 
connexion.
