[plug] creating partitions

have tried setting mount point as /boot and 100 megs but still says "boot
partition to big" , I have never had to do this, all I have ever done is
create one partition with a mount point of   / and 3500 meg in size as linux
native and a swap partition as 1meg but growable and it always worked there
must be something wrong with the HD but what.
