[plug] HELP ONN ISP

I do a lot of work in developing countries and in a few of these there is a
real need for additional ISP - least of all is the possibility of making
money from these ventures.  As Linux would appear to drive many of these
systems - has someone out there got the time to discuss the challenges both
hardware and software that such an undertaking would entail - I can provide
a coffee or even a  beer!  In many of these places there is trong demand
with local ISPs charging US$3-5 per hour!! - our local ISP probably findly
remeber the days - though BigPuddle still charges these price!
