[plug] UNIX CASE tools?

Can anyone recommend any good (pref. free) UNIX CASE (Computer Aided Software
Engineering??) tools?? ie; ones for graphically representing bits of a program
(flowcharts, etc...). ie; Tools to help in the design and visualisation
aspects of application development.

Yeah, I know we all bag such tools as unnecessary (^_^), but I'm wondering if
such a tool could help me visualise some nutty applications I'm working on...
