[plug] httptunnel

Hi All
I was reading through debian-news, which includes a list of what packages
were added this week, and found one called "httptunnel" with the
description "Tunnels a data stream in HTTP requests"

I installed it and had a bit of a play.. it's really funky! :)
It will allow those poor souls behind _really_ restrictive firewalls to
still access the 'net so long as they have access to a proxy server.

There are win32 binaries available too, but I am unable to get it to work,
at least on win98SE through vmware or NT4 SP5 on one of the games servers.

If anyone else has any luck getting those to work, I'd be very interested
because I know a few people on such a network who would like to be able to
telnet in to my machine for purposes of ytalk. :)
