Thanks for the history and yes by all means keep me posted I would like
to do something in the next ten days. The celeron A'bit BP6 combination
sounds like it could be an economically palatable solution to SMP &
VMware at home - if it is worth while.
Some direction from more experienced list users taken on advice .. if
this is not on topic we could follow up off list.  However  I feel there
are other list users and lurkers like myself who would be interested in
the outcome of the discussion.
