The apt lines you should use for IT's mirror are really.

deb http://ftp.wa.au.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.wa.au.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable non-US/main non-US/contrib non-US/non-free

rather than www.au.debian.org/debian
