My system that I gave the output for was a Debian 2.1 system (for the
record) although the manual page gives a date of August 30, 1996. :P
Anyway, I would also be interested in knowing if the ping's shipping with
current Linux distributions have the signal handling fault fixed (which
was actually the original point of my question. :-)
