[plug] Applixware

Yep, I forked out the $140 or whatever for the official package, via LSL. I
tried to get StarOffice working properly but if I got it to install (from a
Caldera 1.2 package) I couldn't get adequate performance out of it.

I haven't given it an adequate run yet, because I'm still committed to doing
a lot of stuff in Access, but so far (which isn't far!) it's been really
good.

Several times I've had .doc files that Office 97 would not save - you cannot
seem to do anything to fix the problem in Word. But import it into Applix
and export again (as RTF) and problem over.

I usually open it as root, but the other day I found when logged on as
myself it would not work. I wasn't in the game of seeing why but I suspect
it's just a matter of permissions.
