[plug] Does anyone know of a utility to break up large files into smaller chunks?

I believe the RAR program will do this. These is a now old program 
used in the DOS/ Ameteur Radio world named 7plus that was 
designed to break up files into small chunks for distrivution via the 
Ameteur Radio Packet Radio network. It works well. I have a copy 
of the program someware if your would like.
