[plug] Install fest?

I seem to remember someone suggesting an install fest over a 
weekend or a day early in the new year (this year now), but I don't 
remember if anything was ever decided on.

I said earlier, that I would be interested in getting in on such a 
thing, if it can be arranged, so I would love to hear if anyone else 
shares my view.
