If you are using outlook 98, you can set an addresses so that it will be
sent as plain text regardless of weather the email is plain/html/rich text.
Just open the address book, find the contact, and there is a checkbox
labelled "Send email as plain text only."

This will only apply to this address.  So by default everyone else gets
their email in html.

Very easy really.
