with huge specified penalties, be prepared to look like an idiot, and
have your message butchered. (see "Earth: mostly harmless")

The might even digitally superimpose some heavy eyeglasses for effect.
And you will wince when you hear the words "thirteen year old computer
whiz kid" (sic) for the umpteenth time.
