Welll there are to I use, "ical" which comes standard with most distros.  Its
VERY lightweight.  It supports both X and console.  It's not too bad.

StarOffice 5.0 comes with a product similar to Outlook9X .. its very bulky BUT
it does support most features that I need.  alarms, recurrance and holidays :)

anyway ... justa couple of ideas.
