[plug] Trouble getting SQUID to work via a proxy.

Hi all,

I have recently changed ISP's.  I run squid on my linux box so my wife
can surf from a second computer at the same time as I.

However, my new ISP provides http and ftp services via a proxy.  For
this reason, squid is not working correctly.  I have searched the
internet looking for documentation on SQUID that would show me  how to
configure it to get it's http via a proxy, but I have not been able to
track down the required info... could anyone help me out here?

Below is a rough text-diagram of how my internet connection is
configured.
