[plug] re: Sendmail

I'm preparing a server to drop off at iinet and I've realised that I need to
get a more up to date copy of sendmail than the RH5.1 release comes with.
The sendmail site is very helpful and, yes, I was aware that m4 played a big
part in the newer versions.
