You could use the NT boot program.
Copy the LILO MBR to a file in c:
e.g. dd if=/dev/hda of=/dos/bootsect.lin bs=512 count=1

(or tell LILO to use c:\bootsect.lin as a boot device?)

The add to boot.ini :

c:\bootsect.lin="Linux LILO"

and install the NT boot manager.
