Obviously your 4.1 G-Byte HD has BIOS translation support whereas the situation I
referred to was on a 486DX4 machine which DID NOT support this. The limitation on
Boot Manager is where the O/S is seen as being on the C: drive. I am well aware
that OS/2 , NT4 and Linux can all be located elswehere. The 1024 Cylinder
limitation on O/Ss on HDs can be circumvented by proprietory software, but this
does not always work out as one might wish.
