Nobody can be absolutely certain without doing it, but it's extremely 
likely to work well. The hardware's very close to a machine I installed 
RHL 4.0 on a few years ago: Diamond Stealth Video (S3Trio64), P100, 16 Mb, 
1.2 Gb.
