For some reason the place where I live always seems to lose its power at
the slightest hint of bad weather (I live just near Oliver).  I go
outside and look up the street and there is light. I look down the
street and there is light.  I look towards Perth and there is light. I
look at the block that my house is on and it's in pitch darkness.  I
don't know how Western Power manage it but they do.
