Personally, I'd put LILO on the dedicated linux drive, separating
windows/linux in a clean way (well, not for the user *grin*).  I think
LILO needs to be on the MBR of a linux partition because DOS/windows has
its own loader and you can't just overwrite that, heh. So the answer is an
unconfirmed no :)
